Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping (Australia)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You can choose Standard or Express Shipping at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Shipping time for standard deliveries is approximately 5-12 days depending on location. 

International Shipping
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Shipping time for standard deliveries is approximately 10-16 days depending on location

Delays & Address Accuracy
KHAOS is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
